landscape of B2B digital sales and customer success transformation for renowned brands worldwide. We're on the lookout for a skilled Account Manager fluent in German, ready to make an impact from either Varna or Sofia.

The Account Manager oversees moderately complex client accounts, ensuring favorable relationships and meeting operational needs within an assigned territory. They drive success through persuasion, renewing contracts, exploring sales channels, and resolving client issues while contributing to sales forecasts and negotiations.

Responsibilities:
 Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
 Meet revenue targets through effective client management
 Propose tailored solutions based on customer needs
 Act as a central point of contact and coordinate service teams
 Utilize data to overcome challenges and enhance customer experiences
 Navigate competitive pressures with finesse
 Cultivate relationships with decision-makers across all levels
 Negotiate effectively in demanding scenarios
 Identify and strategize around risks and opportunities

Requirements:
 Minimum 5 years of sales experience
 At least 4 years in Account Management
 4 years' experience in the IT industry
 Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is advantageous
 Fluent in both German and English
 Bachelor's Degree required
