For one of our clients – a well-establish company offering services, products and solutions in
the BPO field. We looking for open, proactive and capable individuals the role of Back-Office
Analyst with German, French, Italian or Dutch and English - No experience required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a friendly helper behind company’s social media accounts;
* Helping customers with all sorts of questions and issues;
* Providing advice and information about company’s products and services;
* Being on your best behaviour and striving to leave a positive impression on the customer;
* Following company’s rules and guidelines while preforming your tasks.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in German, French, Italian or Dutch and solid grasp on English language;
* Friendly and proactive, eager to provide a high-quality experience;
* Flexible and capable, able to think on their feet;
* Strong PC user skillet and a knack for social media;
* Experience in customer service or contact centers is a plus.
