Cloud Support Engineer


In this role, you will respond to critical incidents related to cloud products by configuring monitoring environments for continuous visibility and participating in implementing continuous improvement tasks.

Essential requirements:

- University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant experience;
- Good knowledge of Linux OSs and Networking;
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies - IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Cloud Foundry or Kubernetes;
- Knowledge of monitoring tools;
- Fluency in English - both written and verbal;
- Willingness to work on shifts;
- Experience working with customer tickets is a great advantage.
