Contact Centre Agent with German or French and English - PTE option available

Centre Agent with German or French and English - PTE option available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a contact point for customers and sharing additional info about company’s
products and services;
* Listening to customers, figuring out and solving their problems;
* Offering helps via different modes of communication;
* Forwarding complex cases and calls to the right departments in charge;
* Maintaining and keeping the system updated at all times.

Requirements:
* Fluency in German or French and English language;
* Active listener and skilled communicator, focused on customers and their needs;
* Driven, capable and able to prioritize and multitask when necessary;
* Available for occasional late shift and;
* PC literate and familiar with MS Office applications use.
