Account Manager – Multinational Companies - Sofia

General duties:
Work with corporate clients directly and support Relationship managers as after-sale customer care for daily banking products and services;
Consult clients on daily banking transactions, including providing complete resolutions on client’s needs;
Receive, coordinate and manage the document flow (including payment documents, requests, notifications etc.) regarding the service of client’s accounts and daily banking;
Inform clients about needed documents and circumstances regarding the routine service of client’s account (missing payment documents, distraints, etc.);
Provide various reports regarding executed payments (including SWIFT), account balances, credits;
Transfer account statements and confirm executed payments.

Requirements:
University degree in Economics, Business or Finance;
At least 2 years of Banking experience;
Fluent in Englis;
Client oriented, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
