General duties:
Creating recruitment strategies for our internal clients depending on the profile
Advertising job opportunities on job boards, social media and company’s career page
Screening resumes and conducting interviews to find the right candidate for the right position
Ownership of an end-to-end recruitment process
Attending job fairs and hiring events
Generating and participating in employer branding initiatives

Requirements:
University degree in a relevant field
Previous recruitment experience in a large organization
Solid verbal and written communication skills including in English
A can-do attitude
Solid communication skills with comfort in speaking with senior leaders; excellent communication skills to negotiate with stakeholders and teams; having the ability to convince
Demonstration of ability to think both strategically and tactically
