We're Looking for Someone With:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
Advanced computer skills.
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of Lean technologies.
Experience with SAP/ERP.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Excellent people management.
Analytical problem-solving.

Your Role Will Involve:
Plan and manage production capacity.
Align manpower with production demands.
Ensure compliance with quality standards.
Optimize resource usage.
Lead and develop team members.
Drive and participate in improvement projects.
Ensure direct reports comply with health, safety, internal, and legal requirements.
Actively participate in the development of production systems and parameters.
Foster a culture of teamwork and high performance.
Manage and control resources, including supplies, consumables, waste, work clothes, and protective equipment.
