Client Relations Manager – Private banking, Varna

General duties:
Proactive proposal of bank-related services and proper direct contact with any existing or potential first-class client
Consulting and selling bank-related products and services, specifically developed for our first-class clients
Individually consulting with regards to any investment-driven question by the implementation of a broad analysis of the specific client and their risk profile
Practicing a cross-selling approach (both bank-related and non-bank-related products and services)
Managing a portfolio of the current first-class clients

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience: at least 1 year of experience in the field of banking and finances
Additional experience in the sells-related field, financial analyses and planning
Any additional experience in the field of capital markets and investment products will be considered an advantage
Very good technical literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional working English. Any other additional language will be considered an advantage
A certificate (or a license) acquired from the Financial Supervision Commission for professional practice as an investment consultant will be considered an advantage
