Entry-Level Medical Equipment Support with Hebrew and English (day and night shifts/REMOTE)

For one of our clients – customer experienced technology company providing outsourced
sales, support, and business process solutions to large corporations, we are looking for
– Entry-Level Medical Equipment Support with Hebrew and English (day and
night shifts/remote).

Responsibilities:
*Provide product support to Hebrew- and English-speaking customers via phone or email;
*Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to medical equipment;
*Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support or engineering teams when needed;
*Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the system;
*Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during day and night shifts in a remote
work environment.

Qualifications:
*Proficiency in Hebrew (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written;
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
*Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn about medical equipment;
*Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts;
*Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
