For one of our clients – a world-renowned e-gaming company known for their outstanding
services, we are on a lookout for communicative, skilled and motivated individuals for the
role of Chat Support Agent with Spanish, Greek, French, Italian, Romanian or German (Hybrid and Flexible shifts).

Essential Responsibilities:
* Assist players via live chat and email, addressing questions and resolving issues;
* Inform players about promotions, regulation changes, and requirements;
* Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly responses;
* Stay updated on company policies and procedures;
* Work in a fast-paced environment, hitting targets as we grow our services;
* Get involved in projects and task groups to understand the business in-depth.

Requirements:
* No prior experience required (any experience in customer support, online gaming, or
payment processing is a plus);
* Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish, Greek, French, Romanian or German and English;
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in communication and office tools;
* Ability to multitask, think on your feet, and make sound decisions;
* Availability to work on shifts and a preference for a flexible schedule;
* Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to assess customer needs.
