For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer
service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for
– Reservations Assistance Agent with Swedish and English (standard shifts/remote).
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver outstanding customer assistance across multiple channels (calls, email, and chat);
*Handle travel-related inquiries including flights, hotels, and car rentals with care and precision;
*Address customer needs with patience, professionalism, and understanding;
*Stay informed about services and offerings to provide accurate information;
*Keep detailed records of interactions and solutions in the customer service system;
*Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client satisfaction;
*Consistently meet or exceed targets related to response quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
*Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is essential;
*Previous experience in customer service or a similar support role is a plus;
*Passion for travel and helping others create positive travel experiences;
*Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment;
*Willingness to work standard working time Monday till Friday;
*Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate support platforms and tools;
*Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
